firm, which provides ocean, air, transportation and customs
brokerage services as well as trading services to import and
export community who mainly trades between the U.S. and China,
Asian countries.

1. Account Manager (Job
Code: Account Manager-2011)
Major Job duties of ideal candidates are to build up
customer relationship and develop new customers by marketing
and selling logistics and trading services as to reach sales
goal.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years proven business development experience and sales
experience in international trading and transportation
industry is a big plus
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent with business
savvy
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or other foreign language
is a plus
BA/BS degree and fresh graduate welcomed
2. Freight Operator
(Import Export Operation Personnel) (Job Code: Freight
operator-2011)
Ideal candidates will work as import and export operation
personnel and major job duties are to arrange import/export
shipments via ocean, air and land; make quotation and
booking; streamline shipment; furnish shipping documents,
and other related logistics services.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience of ocean, air, and land operation in
freight forwarding and transportation industry is a big plus
• Quick learner with excellent communication and customer
service skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking team
player
• Be able to handle pressure to meet deadline under fast
pace working environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
• College degree and fresh graduate welcomed
3. Customs brokerage agent
(job code: Customs brokerage agent-2011)
In Customs Brokerage Department, customs brokerage agents
majorly play two roles as both shipment Entry Writer and
Import Specialist.
Major Job duties:
• Prepare all customs entry documents for import shipments
and conduct customs business transactions
• Classify the import commodities and understand the correct
entry type
• File shipment entries electronically and generate entry
report
• Communicate with Customs, carriers, shipping companies and
related parties to get the shipment released timely
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience of U.S. customs brokerage job, or
ocean and air operation in freight forwarding and
transportation industry is a big plus

4. Accounting
Assistant/Operation Assistant (job Code: Accounting/Operation
assistant-2011)
This is a full time or P/T position and an assistant job to
accountant and/or operator as listed above. Be able to speak
or read Chinese or other foreign language is a plus.
Job duties (but are not limited to):
• Accurate A/P A/R entries in QuickBooks
• Coding of receivables to ensure appropriate allocations
• Accurate and timely depositing and posting of receivables
• Verify invoices and bills
• Communicate with customer and vendor resolve accounting
issues
• Set up files, store and organize folders and file records
• Assistance with prepare periodical financial reports and
track the record
• Maintenance of accurate and updated vendor/customer
records
• Assistance with business operation departments related to
billing and payment
• Performing various office functions such as answering
telephone inquiries, composing written correspondence
• Performance of other office functions as necessary and
applicable which may include photocopying, faxing, and
retrieving files and other documentation
• Additional related accounting and clerical
responsibilities as determined by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications:
• Understanding of accounting concepts
• Detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated quick
learner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Knowledge
of any popular accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
