Ocean and Air Operation Person (OP)

The duties: Arrange import/export shipments via ocean, air and land. Make quotation, booking, and streamline shipment and furnish shipping documents. The ideal candidate for the position should have qualifications: Well organized and detailed person; strong career motivation; ability to handle pressure of multi-tasks to meet deadlines; Quick learner and hard worker.

Freight Manager

The duties: Organize and supervise daily operation of transportation department. Coordinate the teamwork. The candidate qualifications: 5+ years experiences in int’l freight forwarder and transportation company; 2+ years department management experiences. Excellent organization skill and rich knowledge of int’l transportation.

Customer Service Manager

The duties: Set up policies and service standards to meet customers’ needs. Coordinate different departments or branch offices to ensure the service quality. Trouble-shoot the customers’ complaints.  The candidate qualifications: 5+ years experiences customer service field in int’l transportation business; 2+ years as team leader or department manager. Excellent communication skills and leadership.

Sales

The duties: Market and promote sales of logistics services. Communicate with customers understand their needs.  Coordinate the teamwork. The candidate qualifications: 3+ years experiences in sales and customers. Excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated.

Accounting/Administrative Clerk

The duties: A/P, A/R, daily journal and bank reconciliation. Requirement: Knowledge and education in accounting, Quickbook Pro, responsible and details-oriented person.
